In case of payment failure 15 days before the beginning of the service, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order.
In case of non-full payment 7 days before the beginning of the service, the contract will be resolved as a matter of right and without any formality. All and any deposit would remain acquired by us as first damage interest and subject to any other.
Any amendment to the original order must be written in your client’s space or by mail to groupes@francetourisme.fr that will process this request as soon as possible.
Any amendment of date or content can not be guaranteed and will be carried out subject to availability.
J-4 to the date of the service booked, no fee will be generally applied, with the exception of costs already incurred by us, non-changeable, non-cancellable and / or special conditions from our partners sub-contractors (different cancellation policies duly cited in the « cancellation »).
In case of amendment of ongoing order of the contract and requested by the customer, the client will be charged of the additional calculated fees based on scheme which is provided on the base of the order; The service originally intended not be refundable.
Any request for cancellation or amendment must be written in your account FRANCE TOURISME or by mail to groupes@francetourisme.fr to be considered and confirmed by return.
Any cancellation must be written and shall be final upon our acceptance, it will require, subject to the costs already incurred by us and / or special conditions of our sub contracted partners will be invoiced with the following rules:
Any interruption of tour or the service ongoing, by the will of the client, no refund possible.
Any client who arrives after the service time will be considered "No Show" is nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for delay.
FRANCE TOURISME reserves the right to cancel or modify some excursions without prior notice in case of comfort and safety of passengers, in cases of force majeure, strikes, demonstrations, exceptional closure...
All claims must be written with registered letter within eight days following the service. Beyond that period, no claim can be made.

Any dispute to which an amicable settlement has not been reached shall be settled by the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris) having exclusive jurisdiction even in the event of a third party.
